Born in 1934, a great passion for a shoes and founder of its namesake label. After only three years he inaugurates the first store in Saint-Germain-des-Pres and debuts his first women's collection: success is immediate and international.
Subsequently, in 1983 he opened the first exclusive J. Fenestrier store, destined to have a vast distribution covering most of France and involving several European countries, the United States and Asia.
The new creative director presents for this season: David Tourniaire-Beauciel who arrives inside the company with a background in the world of footwear and luxury like Martin Margiela, Chloé, Givenchy and Balenciaga. Tourniaire-Beauciel will design its first models for the French label for the fall-winter 2017-18 collection, while a real new stylistic direction will be implemented for spring-summer 2018.
